It is not clear how sleep tracking works. For the sake of an experiment, once I put the phone on the table in another room for the night, but I still got some graphs of sleep phases, not much different from the readings when the phone was lying next to me on the bed all night. It was like these graphs were randomly generated from nothing at all. Apparently, this app is completely useless without the bracelet.

Great sleep tracker, the best on Android. I have been using it for many months now. The statistics are exported to Google Fit, allowing then to see conveniently and clearly the breakdown by sleep phases throughout the night. Also after a number of recent updates the waking period has become very accurate, so it is now easy to know how much time I spent directly in sleep and not in bed. Smart alarm clock paired with boaslet works better than similar apps, downloaded for the sake of it. From the minuses - incomprehensible interest when viewing the sleep schedule, incomprehensible icons and designations (why does the icon with scissors delete a segment of the schedule, what are the numbers in the circles on the upper schedule?)
